This feature allows admins to remove a student from the active roster when the student should no longer appear in day-to-day workflows.

Important before you start

  • Student removal is done from Student Enrollment (not from the main Students table actions).
  • Confirmation states this action cannot be undone in-app.
  • Enrollment and assessment history are hidden after removal.

How to remove a student

  1. Go to Students -> Student Enrollment page.
  2. Find the student and open enrollment details.
  3. Click Remove student from roster.
  4. Review warning dialog.
  5. Click Remove student to confirm.
Expected result:
  • Student no longer appears in active student listings.

Who can do this

  • Admin only.

Common issues

  • Button disabled: finish or cancel any in-progress enrollment edit first.
  • Remove failed: retry and check if there are backend permission or data constraints.
