Period cells on the roster
The roster row shows the student name and grade; ID and Ext ID (with copy actions) appear on the student home page, not on the table row. For each scheduled period (BOY, MOY, EOY), the roster shows a compact snapshot: Reading (comprehension, reading ACTFL, reading tier) and Language (ACTFL overall composite and a hover summary of domain skills and grade-level overall). When an assessment has reading scores but no listening, speaking, or writing entered, and Show Reading Only is off, the period cell shows one full-width Reading card with fluency and accuracy and a note that non-reading skills were not reported. Turn on Show Reading Only to use a single Reading card with fluency and accuracy on the row; tooltips are off in that mode so values stay visible without hovering. Your choice is saved per user. Students without an assigned reading tier still appear whenever they match your other filters (there is no “hide unassigned” option).Demo data notice Any names, student records, IDs, and examples shown in this documentation section are fictitious sample data for demonstration and training purposes only. Any resemblance to real persons, schools, or records is purely coincidental.
