How to open the list
- In the header, open Students.
- Click Candidate Students.
How to add a candidate
- Click the action that creates a candidate (for example Add candidate: match the button on your screen).
- Enter name, demographics, and the assessment school year / grade plus the planned enrollment school year / grade fields the modal shows. Assessment grade can be Pre-K (one year before Kindergarten). Enrollment target grade stays Kindergarten through 12th grade (not Pre-K).
- Save. The candidate appears in the table.
How to record assessments and enroll
- Click a candidate name to open the detail drawer.
- Open the Assessments tab. Each assessment appears as a full card (reading totals plus listening, speaking, and writing when recorded). Click a card to view or edit; use Add assessment for a new one.
- When the family accepts placement, use Enroll inside the drawer. Choose the enrollment school year and grade, then pick a class for that year and grade, create a new class, or choose Assign a class later. The learner should then appear through normal Students and Enrollment flows.
