# Organization profile

> Update school or district contact details shown in hFlow administration.

Administrators maintain the **organization profile** so support staff and integrations have correct names and contact channels. Teachers generally do not edit this page.

## How to open organization profile

1. In the header, open **Configuration**.
2. Choose **Org Profile**.

## How to update contact information

1. Review **Organization name** and primary contact fields (name, email, phone, notes).
2. Add or adjust **secondary contact** fields if your school splits billing and instructional leads.
3. Click **Save Changes**.

After saving, look for the success banner on the profile page; downstream exports or communications pull the refreshed contact fields where hFlow expects them.

If you cannot access **Configuration**, ask an owner or administrator to grant access.
