# Release notes

> What changed in hFlow: user-facing updates.

## Recent updates

* **June 2026: Undo CSV import:** Owners and admins can reverse a single student or assessment CSV upload from **Configuration → CSV Imports** when no related data has changed since the import. New guide **[CSV imports and undo](/hflow/configuration/csv-imports)**; **[Troubleshooting](/hflow/troubleshooting)** updated for teachers versus owners/admins.

* **June 2026: Print roster view:** New help page **[Print roster view](/hflow/students/print-view)** documents the table-icon print layout from **Students**, including reading-only printouts when **Show Reading Only** is on.

* **May 2026: Help navigation and student home:** Sidebar **Navigation** group (shortcuts); **Tiers** listed under **Languages**; **Students** guides flattened (no nested Guides menu). New **[Student home page](/hflow/students/student-home-page)** replaces the old drawer doc; `/hflow/students/view-student-data` redirects.

* **May 2026: Shortcuts guide:** New **[Shortcuts](/hflow/shortcuts)** page explains saved filter views, how they differ from student groups, and how admins and teachers create, pin, reorder, and delete shortcuts across Students, Assessments, and reports.

* **May 2026: Sample CSV files:** [Getting started](/hflow/getting-started) includes downloadable example student and assessment CSV files (reference only; not for importing into your school) plus a short explanation of CSV format.

* **May 2026: Getting started video:** The [Getting started](/hflow/getting-started) guide includes an embedded walkthrough video for first-time school setup and CSV import.

* **May 2026: Help links:** Staff guides and the help site header now point to **app.hflow\.pro** for the app and **[www.hflow.pro](http://www.hflow.pro)** for the public website; this help site stays at **help.hflow\.pro**.

* **May 2026: Getting started guide:** **[Getting started with hFlow](/hflow/getting-started)** walks new schools through organization profile, languages, student CSV import, and assessment CSV import. The help home page and site header use official hFlow lockup artwork. **[Troubleshooting](/hflow/troubleshooting)** replaces the placeholder with common staff FAQs.

* **May 2026: ACTFL proficiency overview:** **[ACTFL proficiency scale (overview)](/hflow/actfl-proficiency-scale)** summarizes the proficiency framework in plain language, links to authoritative ACTFL and LTI readings, separates **reading tiers** from ACTFL-aligned levels, and points to assessments and charts in hFlow where those levels appear.

* **May 2026: Help site refresh:** The guide at **help.hflow\.pro** now matches the main app navigation (students, assessments, reports, languages, communications, configuration). Older “technical quick start” pages for contributors were retired from the sidebar; opening them forwards you home. **[Sign in and get oriented](/hflow/getting-started)** explains menus for teachers versus administrators.
